As lead designer of the Corporate Communications team, I own the creative and visual identity aspect of all company wide internal and external campaigns.  I provide cross-functional creative support to IT, Human Resources, Community Affairs, Product, Marketing, and the C-Suite while enhancing and establishing brand best practices, guidelines, and visual systems for the organization as a whole.  I provide direction, feedback, guidance, and hands-on training so that we can scale our brand message while maintaining visual integrity and consistency.
