INNOVID, a B2B video solutions platform, creates, delivers, and measures advertising experiences for brands, agencies, and publishers. As the lead designer, I conducted qualitative and quantitative research on the perception of the brand from internal and external parties. I used this feedback to inform decisions on what brand elements to modify or emphasize.
Using a 360-degree approach, I created brand guidelines, best practices, and dozens of design templates to educate the organization on what is and isn't on brand and customized the experience by the audience (sales, marketing, pr/comms) based on the brand needs of each internal stakeholder.
