EVENT INVITE COMMUNICATIONS

Client events are designed to move beyond transactional relationships by creating high-value, memorable experiences that drive long-term business growth. Each year, the Events and Creative teams partner to evolve and elevate the experiential marketing we deliver across our global footprint.

The objective was to enhance how these events were communicated across multiple touchpoints by developing ownable, scalable, and premium design systems for event promotion.

My role was to full-funnel; build the brief, the pitch, the design systems, develop clear guidelines that establish ownership / workflow, and train the team on how to customize and scale them across various use cases. Each system was designed to reflect different levels of exclusivity and experience types, including luxury, sports, and culinary events.

The result on the frontend was a cohesive, scalable framework that elevated the perceived value of client events and strengthened overall engagement. On the backend, efficiency in creative production increased by 45%.
