At Comcast Advertising, I led creative for an annual incentive trip recognizing top sales performers. This year we hosted the event at the new W Punta Cana.
The goal was to design a bespoke, premium experience that celebrated performance while reinforcing future motivation and brand connection.
I developed the creative vision from the ground up, using generative AI early in the process to rapidly explore visual territories, mood boards, and thematic directions. This accelerated alignment and helped land on a distinct, scalable concept. I then directed internal teams and agency partners to bring the vision to life across all touchpoints, from pre-event communications to on-site environments, ensuring a cohesive and elevated experience.
The final program delivered a highly curated, luxury experience that elevated the perception of the incentive trip and strengthened engagement with top performers. Using generative AI upfront allowed us to move faster, explore more creative range, and execute with greater clarity and consistency.
